Stupid glasses!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought eyeglasses at Wal~Mart last in Feb. of '07. This has got to be the absolute WORST pair of glasses I have ever had. The lenses do not stay in. My glasses are more scratched up now than when I worked in a factory with rivets and nails flying at my face. This is horse hockey!!!!
There is no reason to pay $200 for a pair of glasses to have them fall apart all the frigin' time. The idiot at the eyeglass center tried to say it was because my lenses are glass and not plastic. BULL!!!! I have worn glass glasses for 25 years. This is not a material problem, but shoddy workmanship. I rarely lose my cool with store employees, but the last two times I was in there I wasn't nice.
GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once again I am sitting here trying to put back together my stupid glasses. I've spent the last 40 minutes fighting with the damn things.
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!
(I could be fair and say my son's glasses have been fine except for one lost screw. I am not in the mood to be fair.)

@$#%#% Scripts
I'll load a bunch of pages in the background while I do other stuff. [This is especially useful if I am viewing participants of Ruby Tuesday, Wordless Wednesday, SkyWatch Friday, or Camera Critters.] I don’t know whose blog it is, if it's the same one each time, or what exactly is on the blog. I do know that there is as a script or two out there in the blogging world that locks up my computer for a couple of minutes. I can't do anything else and if I'm away doing something, I have no idea what's happening. That means I come back and half of the pages are still loading and I can't do a durn thing.
I tell ya it's annoying as heck.
What I wish I could figure out is how to block those scripts from my browser (Flock which is based on Firefox). I have Flashblock to stop flash from auto running. I just downloaded NoScript to see if that fixes it.
Man! I hope I don't have any on my main blog that do that to others......... Crapola, now I have to go view my page on different computers to see what's happening. I sure would hate to gripe about something I am doing myself...........lol

First grouch post.... It's not censorship!
For the past 10 yrs or so, I have visited several forums and been part of several email groups. Nearly all have a specified topic. Why do people think they get to override central purpose of the group? The owners get to decide the allowed topics and the NOT allowed topics. Not every topic is suited for every venue. Why cry censorship because the owners disallow a topic? Seems stupid to me. (I'd insert a disclaimer here about not calling the person stupid, but it's my blog and I hate disclaimers about stuff that should be OBVIOUS !!!!)
While we have the right to free speech in this country, that does not mean we have the right to a venue or audience. A restaurant owner can tell a noisy customer to shut up and behave or leave. A theater owner can tell a talkative customer to zip it or leave. A forum owner (moderator) can tell a member to cease and desist or leave. That is the joy of living in a free country. Property owners get to make the decisions…for the most part. Uncle Sam likes to stick his fat nose into things at times.
True if management is excessive in their handling of things, people will leave and the establishment will flounder and possibly fail. So what?!?! That's life. Something else will arise and fill the void, trust me. Those that leave will find a different restaurant, theater, forum or email group. That is the beauty and joy of living in a free country.
SO.......don't act like a baby just because you don’t get to talk about XYZ when the owner/moderator says "ZIP IT!" Find the appropriate place to discuss XYZ or create one yourself.
*I guess I need to add a note that if you think you know what forum or email list that inspired this post, you are wrong. This has been a long held opinion and I've watched many scuffles on many forums and email lists. It's not the result of any specific scuffle or forum/email group.

Purpose
So I combined a couple of my blogs recently to simpilfy my life.... Yet, here I go starting another blog up. This may not make sense and I am wondering if I am going to regret it. Problem is that I can't be grouchy on my other blog or let off steam. That just doesn't fit the atmosphere and I don't want to turn people off.
This blog is for those crabby thoughts that I just can't say anywhere else without hurting feelings or ending up in BIG trouble.
